• Season Passes: One-time purchases granting access for a specific period or event season.

4.2 Billing and Cancellations

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe).
• One-Time Purchases: Fees for Season Passes or other one-time purchases are charged at the time of purchase and are non-recurring.
• Subscriptions: If you sign up for a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

4.3 Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect following notice to you.

5. User Conduct

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS; OR (B) $100 USD.
