It was more than a Friday in Lapa, in Rio de Janeiro, and friends Edu Machado, Leo Santana and Marcelo Lima, between a beer and something else, had the idea of ​​creating a carnival block in which everyone would be in full bloom. In addition to the flowers, the aim is also to promote a musical and behavioral display of Rio de Janeiro's street carnival. And that was how in September 2015 the Vem Cá, Minha Flor block was founded.
