Formed in a circle of friends in a bar on General Glicério Street, in the heart of Laranjeiras neighborhood in Rio's South Zone, "Laranjada Samba Clube" paraded for the first time in the 2003 carnival. Friends kept coming, the group grew, and every year the number of revelers only increased. It is a meeting of partners, family, people who enjoy carnival and have fun together. It doesn't have its own samba, but it maintains the tradition of singing the classics of carnival music and the "sambas enredo" from the schools.
