In the swing and creativity of Brazil, everything is samba. Even the Financier of Studies and Projects (FINEP), a Brazilian public company that promotes science, technology, and innovation, based in the Flamengo neighborhood, in Rio's South Zone. The block was founded by a group of FINEP employees in 2008. The group promotes and popularizes science, technology, and innovation through carnival, encouraging the carnival spirit of workers, friends, partner institutions, and revelers in the neighborhood.
