The Bloco Empolga às 9, considered one of the most lively and revered in Rio de Janeiro, was founded in 2003 by a group passionate about drumming. With its own percussion section, this bloco dedicates the whole year to rehearsing exclusive arrangements, contributing to the unique and original sound of Empolga às 9 during Carnival, which stands out for its eclectic repertoire. The bloco is scheduled to parade in Leme on 03/02/25, with concentration starting at 1:00 PM and dispersal at 7:00 PM. Dispersal will be at Praça Alm. Júlio De Noronha, 1.
