The "É Tudo Ou Nada" was created in 2007, by a group of students from the traditional Pedro II College. The name of the block, which brings together crowds of students, alumni, and people related in some way to the school, is a play on the school's traditional hymn of multiplication tables. With only five years of existence, "É Tudo Ou Nada", which parades through the streets of Humaitá and Botafogo, was included in the official program of the Rio Carnival.
