With the proposal to attract revelers from the four corners of the city, the "Charanga Talismã" was born from a carnival group formed by friends. The block parades through several streets of Vila Kosmos, in the North Zone of the city, passing most of the parade through Avenida Meriti, one of the main avenues in the neighborhood.
