The "Bloco da Serragens" has been animating carnival on the other side of Guanabara Bay, on the island of Paquetá, since 2007. The parade on February 16h, Saturday of Carnival, will start at 12pm, but at noon there will already be lots of music going on at the concentration point on February 10th, Saturday of Carnival.
