A stationary block from Rua Garibaldi, in Tijuca, the "Nem Muda Nem Sai de Cima" was created in 1995 by the regulars at the traditional "Bar da Dona Maria", in Tijuca, having as godfathers the composers Aldir Blanc and Moacyr Luz, and as godmother Beth Carvalho. The tradition of "Nem Muda Nem Saia de Cima" is to pay homage in its themes to people from Tijuca who have contributed to the strengthening of Brazilian culture. The estimated audience is 400 people.
