The "Badalo de Santa Teresa" carnival block was founded in 1972 and its goal is the social inclusion of youth, adults, and children of the community. The institution goes beyond the activities of the recreational club and carnival block, offering courses, cultural and professional workshops, leisure area, and lots of samba.
