The "Balanço do Pinto" block was founded in 2008 and, since 2009, has paraded during carnival in Tijuca, bringing a lot of fun and excitement to the streets of the neighborhood. The starting point is Rua Pinto de Figueiredo 26, near Praça Saens Peña.
