About

The association was created in 2007 by a group of friends and samba lovers, from the old "Ala dos Infiéis na Casa do Gringo", a reference to the fact that the group paraded in different wings of the samba schools or in different schools from the ones they supported. With the foundation of the association, the name was adopted, a joke with the cultural politics that needed to be betrayed to preserve the revelry, the samba, the joy, and the carnival itself. "Don't talk to me about betrayal, there is no sin and no forgiveness, don't condemn a reveler" is the slogan of this block, which traditionally parades through the streets of downtown Rio de Janeiro.
